1. Acceptance

By accessing GuessWorks (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. The Service is currently in Phase 0 (simulated trading with vGW, no real custody).

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+, not located in a restricted jurisdiction, and not on any sanctions list. We reserve the right to geo-block traffic at our discretion.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. Prediction markets are risky.

4. Wallet security

You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys. We never hold them.

5. Prohibited activity

No market manipulation, no automated abuse of rate limits, no attempts to bypass authentication.

6. Phase 0 vGW

vGW is a simulation token with zero monetary value. Withdrawing vGW does not entitle you to any real-world payout.

7. Liability

Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the marketing site.
